Your Path to a Brighter Métis Future
Receive Your High school Diploma Or Equivalent
Once you receive your high school diploma or equivalent, so many doors begin to open up for you, especially here at the Manitoba Métis Federation. Red River Métis Early Childhood Educators are needed and in demand. We need Citizens like you to take action and help us create a bright, educated, and proud Métis future for our young Métis Citizens.
Your Path to a Brighter Métis Future
Jumpstart your career or education
Join the team at one of our Child Care Centers or start your education as a certified Child Care Assistant. Whether you jump into your certificate or get it within your first year of working.
You must take the 40 hour Certification before you are considered certified.

Don't stop there! Get your Early Childhood Educator III and continue helping our Red River Métis youth by teaching them to be proud of their culture. Early Childhood Educator III's can become Directors, Instructors, and Child Care Coordinators.

At this point in your journey you would have made such a profound impact on our Red River Métis youth and our Red River Métis community. You are teaching our future Métis doctors, lawyers, teachers, and our Métis leaders who will help run the world! Maybe you will open up your own Child Care Center, or help teach those who want to become Early Childhood Educators just like you.
